The Technology

Continuous Inkjet generates a stream of micro-droplets at the printhead. Charged droplets are deflected onto the substrate; uncharged ones return to a recirculating reservoir. The result is high-speed, non-contact coding — without ever pausing the line.
Because the printhead never touches the product, CIJ handles curved bottles, cables in motion, eggs on a conveyor, and condensation-wet packaging with equal precision. UKCM's C310 platform layers that physics with a 10.1-inch HD touchscreen, IP-rated electronics, and a Fourier-core algorithm that calibrates ink dots in real time — engineered for 24-hour operation on UAE production floors.
Variable data — date, time, batch, shift, counter, GS1 barcode, QR — is rendered in clean micro-character form, scannable on the first pass. Modular parts replace in minutes. Engineers in Sharjah and Dubai are within hours of any line.
